Haka Year 7s learnt about New Zealand/Maori Hakas today in their dance lesson. They explored their cultural significance and choreographed their own! A fantastic lesson!
18 hours agoPlease note that due to a busy chicken burger queue today, as with chip Friday last week, we will now offer chicken burgers across both breaks on a Thursday. Students will only be able to purchase one chicken burger on a Thursday. This really helped to ease the queues when trialled for chip Friday, so we are confident it will ease the situation for chicken burgers too! Every student who wanted a chicken burger today was able to get one. Thank you.
22 hours agoChristmas Jumper Day On 12th December, students will be able to wear their Christmas jumpers to school if they donate money via Parent Pay to Save the Children's annual campaign. Please note, if students do not wear a Christmas jumper, they must be in full school uniform. If you have any questions, please contact the Academy in the usual way.
1 day agoSelection Box Appeal We have been absolutely blown away with the generosity of the Pembroke Community so far. The number of donations we have received has been incredible and we are so thankful to everyone who has donated. Remember, the deadline is Friday if you are still wanting to donate a selection box!
