Due to road closures, the Italy trip should be back at the Academy at 2:45am. Students who attended the trip will not be required in school until Period 4 (12.40) owing to the delay.
11 hours agoItaly Trip Last breakfast! Some students went for a walk into the local town to find the Basilica whilst others visited the beach. Students are at the airport having a McDonald's of course! We will update Facebook with an ETA when the group land at Stansted. #passion!

1 day agoItaly Trip - Day Three This morning, students went to Herculaneum and saw some very well preserved mosaics, furniture and buildings. After a quick lunch stop, they headed to the local farm. They learnt all about how they used to process the olives from the farm and how their family has been there for generations Maria made them their wonderful mozzarella before they all made our own gnocchi. For their last evening, they had some free time for souvenir shopping in Sorrento. #wisdom
