We'd just like to thank you all for your continued support at this busy time! - Year 11 GCSEs have started in earnest and our young people are handling these extremely well! - Year 10 are out for Work Experience next week and we wish them lots of luck. - Year 7 have their Bushcraft trip from Wednesday to Friday next week - we hope they have a great time! - Year 8 complete their internal assessments next week We will also have rewards afternoons out on the field too, which we are all looking forward to. Within the Academy we are currently reminding students about our policy on wearing jewellery. The Trust uniform policy states that they can wear one pair of stud earrings and one ring. We really appreciate your support at home in this regard.

3 days agoToday, our students enjoyed a wonderful cultural dining experience at Olé Olé restaurant, where they had the opportunity to sample a variety of traditional Spanish dishes and practise their language skills in a real-life setting. From tasting authentic cuisine to experiencing the warm atmosphere of Spanish culture, it was a fantastic afternoon filled with learning, laughter and memorable moments. The students represented the school brilliantly and embraced every part of the experience with enthusiasm and confidence. We are very proud of them all!
3 days agoFrom all the kind donations so far from staff and the community, we have started planting our grown from seed and donated herb plants in our wellbeing garden. Any further donations of compost, plants or flowers would be greatly appreciated by the students!
