Bushcraft Trip
This week has seen year 7 and 8 students getting down with nature on a Bushcraft trip. Set within the old royal hunting forest of Rockingham, this facility offers large areas of ancient woodland where pupils will become fully immersed in the natural world.
This Bushcraft trip in the woods includes a wide range of activities, designed to enhance social and personal development, whilst having fun and learning new skills. From bushcraft, shelter-building, and wilderness cookery, to archery and orienteering, no two days are ever the same. They have enjoyed building their own shelters, BBQ's and much more, and they have been very lucky with the wonderful sunshine too this week.
