Well done & massive congratulations to Bethany Henderson & Lara Brown for keeping up the Pembroke legacy of representing the academy at 'Females into Industry, a wonderful two day event hosted by Siemens, that is now in its 15^th year.

In the time it has been running, we were told that the number of female apprentices at Siemens has risen from 0% to 11% and climbing. 

Our very own Madeline has an apprenticeship place for this coming year, and it all began with her taking part in Females into Industry when she was in Year 8. Both Bethany and Lara will now be invited back to a similar one-day event in Year 9
