Last night Alyssa Faulkes, Lewis Page and Morgan Gooch went to the Carres Grammar School in Sleaford to compete in the ESU debating competition. These students performed exceptionally well and really held their own against grammar schools.

They were hugely successful and have made it through to the county heat at Lincoln University on the 29th January. Particular mention goes to Lewis Page who won the award for best questioner. Alyssa Faulkes spoke publicly for the first time in her life and Morgan was a really natural chairman and kept to his timings to the second. What a team!
