Thursday 23rd September was a very busy Open Evening. From 5pm we had a queue of parents and young children waiting to visit Pembroke. Our student tour guides were active all night showing prospective students and their families round our academy. Mr Evans and some upper school students addressed a hall full of people three times across the evening and every corner of the school was a hive of activities, chatter and smiling faces. It was a huge success. In fact Ms Halls was enquiring as to which primary schools the students were from, and she counted 21 different ones - Wow! Word of mouth is certainly paying off as our reputation is clearly speaking for itself.  We received many positive thank you comments on our face book page reassuring us that people had a lovely time, and they will be applying for a year 7 place in September 2022.
